## ABOUT CHELSEA

Hi there! I’m Chelsea—a people person, planner, and problem-solver extraordinaire! Whether I’m organizing events, managing projects, or connecting awesome talent with the perfect opportunities, I’m all about making things run smoothly (and usually with a side of creativity and enthusiasm). I’m passionate about Cleveland, and I love working to build stronger, more inclusive communities through organizations like getWITit and GiveCamp CLE. When I'm not diving into tech talent development or planning my next big event, you'll find me enjoying Cleveland’s foodie scene (I ?? brunch!), exploring new playgrounds with my littles …or finding time to slow down while constantly asking myself, "Is it bedtime yet?".

Things That Spark Joy:
Canva | CLE, OH (Especially Midtown) | Being in my dance mom era | Athens, OH | A good patio happy hour | Planning trips and making itineraries | Yoga | My support water bottle (Team Owala) | Disney World | 2000s Hip Hop | Asana | A crisp, clean process doc | Our local ice-cream spot
